Delivery

We currently offer the following standard UK delivery options.

FREE UK Standard Delivery: Enjoy free delivery within the UK on orders over £50.

UK Standard Delivery: 

For orders under £20, standard UK delivery is £3.99.

For orders between £20-£49.99, standard UK delivery is £5.99.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, although delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods


International Deliveries: At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to introduce international delivery in the future.

 

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.  Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, including reimbursing reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
