Directions for Use

Apply a pea-sized amount to a toothbrush and brush thoroughly twice daily.

A 75ml tube is designed to last approximately 6–8 weeks for one person when used twice daily with a pea-sized amount. 

For children, brushing should be supervised as appropriate for their age.
