Celtic Sea Salt (Sel de Guérande), Fine

A hand-harvested, unrefined grey sea salt from the Celtic coast of Brittany, France.

Traditionally harvested
Celtic Sea Salt is harvested by hand using traditional methods on the Celtic sea coast of Brittany. Sea water passes from pond to pond through a natural network of 20 ponds before the salt is collected.

Simple and unrefined
The salt is sun-dried, unwashed and unrefined, with no additives. The fine grade is gently dehydrated over low heat and then ground. Its natural mineral content gives it its characteristic grey colour.

In your kitchen
Use it for cooking, seasoning and finishing, just as you would any table salt.
